southern-slam 2015Brooks Adaptive Sports and Recreation hosted the 8th Annual Southern Slam Quad Rugby Tournament on January 9-11,2015 at the Jacksonville Ice and Sportsplex, and UroMed/Edgepark were on hand to cheer on the competitors as proud sponsors.

Edgepark/UroMed representative Nicole White attended the event and helped answer questions from both players and attendees about products and services provided by both companies.

The Southern Slam has become one of the largest tournaments of its kind, and attracts some of the best players and teams from across the United States. This year the field continued to expand, as the tournament played host to international teams for the first time including teams from Canada.

During the last week of January, UroMed travelled to Las Vegas to participate in the 4th Annual Vegas Vengeance Quad Rugby Tournament. UroMed representative Chris Hales had the opportunity to meet many of the outstanding players, and captured the following shots of the teams in action!
